Bluetti was recommended to us by our electrician as an alternative to an expensive generator install. While we haven't needed to use as yet because we haven't had any power cuts, we love the ease of set up and the compact size of the generator. Customer service was great. We were given the right information for the right product. Delivery was SUPER fast. Mostly we love that we can add battery power if we want later on down the road.
