Shady business practices
I purchased a ‘white dress’ for a pre-wedding event. The dress came in and looked slightly lavender. I contacted them immediately to return and they withheld return address from me offering advice instead- wear it in different lighting. No that will not work, I’d like a refund and to send it back, they still denied return address offering me $30-$45 to keep it instead. No thank you, please I’d like a full refund ($110). They wouldn’t budge and give me the information. Beware before you buy, this company is very shady.
