CLAIM DENIAL
CLAIM: I TOOK THIS POLICY OUT IN JAN 2026 AND I RECENTLY PUT IN A CLAIM FOR $838 because my dog has been diagnosed as having an enlarged heart that is putting pressure on his lung. My claim was denied. After 2 weeks. They sent me a notice that his prior record in Aug. of 2025 showed he had a heart murmur. I was never informed that he wouldt be coverd for future heart issue until I put in a claim. I am very disappointed. I plan to contact the Calif insurance commissioners office.
