I bought a pair of shoes in hopes to wear them to a wedding in Europe but the shoes did not arrive in time - which was disappointing for me. I emailed my frustration and the service I got was exceptional. A new pair of shoes was express posted to my Airbnb in Poland - with no extra charge. Perfect shoes for a (long) European wedding and I danced my night away until sunrise !
