I have been eyeing these shoes for a long time and finally decided to purchase a pair. The shoe is absolutely beautiful, but my feet are too wide and it felt tight. When I went to return them, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service. Fisher- the agent that I interacted with said they would give me a full refund, and I could keep the shoes and donate them to a friend if I chose to. Thank you Fisher and Cosy Island! I will also try and find a different pair and size that might fit my feet better
