Amazing customer service
I have to say Vatrer has been a fantastic company to work with I ordered a battery from Them during a pre order time period and had some questions as to timing they have been extremly responsive and set fantastic expectation unfortunatly I had a bad experience with delivery but this is not at all Vatrers fault however I reached out and a fantastic and friendly rep Jovie jumped to help they have been incredibly professional friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of it all if all representatives of this company are like Jovie … wow regardless 10/10 experience working with this company and would happily recommend them to friends and family
