i10X

i10X felt like a scam.

i10X felt like a scam. I subscribed to the annual Unlimited plan because it was advertised as giving unlimited access to advanced models. That was the entire reason I paid for it. In practice, the advanced and flagship models were repeatedly greyed out and marked “Not available.” This included the exact type of models I subscribed for, such as GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. This was not just a minor inconvenience or slower access. At one point, almost every flagship model was unavailable for around 7 hours. Support described this as cooldowns, rolling limits and usage thresholds. That might be how their system works behind the scenes, but it is not what I would reasonably expect from a plan advertised as “Unlimited use of advanced models.” The worst part was trying to get my money back. I requested a refund within their stated 7-day money-back period because the service was not supplied as advertised. Instead of simply refunding me, they initially refused a full refund and relied on credit usage limits, even though the issue was caused by the advanced models not being available in the first place. Eventually they only refunded part of the payment, and I had to spend more time disputing the remaining amount elsewhere just to recover the full amount I paid. It was a massive hassle and a complete waste of time. In my opinion, i10X’s Unlimited plan is misleading. If advanced models can be greyed out, unavailable, restricted by cooldowns, and limited by credit thresholds, then it should not be marketed as unlimited advanced model access. I would not recommend i10X.
