False Advertisement / Personal Data Collection
I purchased this a year ago, and the information was useless without a program. I got my money back. They were offering a call to get started and seemed to improve the technology used around the program so I tried again. I thought they were improving the model and I liked they offered one 30 minute call with your purchase. This was the only reason I tried to again, but it's not to help with you this purchase one time. It's to upsell you on a 12-mo premium service. It's a sales tactic framed to help you with what you are purchasing from Svelte. The guy on the phone didn't even have knowledge of what Svelte training is, she just generates leads for him. But he did have a lot of personal information about me from them. I received 15 messages from different numbers reminding me of the scheduled call and how I would never be able to reschedule. I moved things around, for what turned out to be a sales call. Where someone pretended to understand my situation from a questionnaire and was tasked with getting me to buy something expensive on the spot. Sharing my experience so others aren't fooled.
