Very disappointed with IGP’s service
Very disappointed with IGP’s service. I ordered a Rakhi gift to India and paid in full. It was supposed to be dispatched on 27 August, but it still hasn’t been delivered. Rakhi has already passed, so the gift has lost its purpose. What’s the point of promising delivery if you can’t dispatch the order on time? This delay is unacceptable, and I won’t be using IGP again. And they gave something 5% cash back every order mentioned in website charge aud $ but cash back Indian rupees really disappointed
