Made a purchase with a delivery window through ingame mail in 10-30 minutes when making the decision to buy. 3 days later and no communication or updates or product. The "Live Chat" feature stops responding after your very first attempt and won't provide anything back. Terrible customer service and experience. UPDATE: after more than 72 hours, items were delivered. - Their website also touts Trustpilot reviews on their main page and makes you believe there are 4064 pages of reviews, in reality less than 300 reviews. Very misleading.
