No product and no reimbursement, Be careful
Extremely disappointed with Fishneo. I placed an order, provided all the necessary documentation (including my Tax ID) as requested, and then simply never received my package. After weeks of follow-ups, they informed me that the package failed customs clearance and would be destroyed. Instead of offering a refund for the product I never received, they had the audacity to offer me a discount on a future purchase. Refusing to reimburse a customer for a lost order is unacceptable business practice. Avoid this store.
