Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with this companies customer service. My dog will not eat their supplements and when I let them know I would not like to receive more they didn't care, sent them anyway, refused to refund me even though I now have 3 full unopened containers that are now just going to waste. They literally forced me to buy them, this tells me they cannot get customers who want their product or at least not enough of them. Terrible company model, especially for such an expensive product that we saw no difference with. The product might be good but the people they have in their customer service department ruin the experience and I want to make sure people know what they are getting into.
