The hair arrived with an overwhelming fishy odor that was so strong it made my entire room smell terrible. I initially planned to return it, but the process would have taken too long, so I decided to wash it instead. I washed the hair twice, and the water turned a disgusting dark brown. I honestly wish I had taken a picture. It is disturbing to think that customers may install this hair without washing it first. For $149, I expected clean, good-quality hair—not hair that smelled and looked dirty straight out of the package. This was completely unacceptable. I will never purchase hair from this company again, and I do not recommend it.
