Worst Travel Experience Ever! The operator cancelled the bus, but I still did not receive my refund. Despite contacting customer service, there was no proper response or resolution. This is completely unacceptable and feels like customers are being taken for granted. If a bus is cancelled by the operator, the customer deserves a full and timely refund. Very poor customer service, terrible travel experience, and absolutely no accountability. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
