Blackstone promo SCAM
I signed up for a free Blackstone Grill promotion on Instagram. I ordered first delivery. When I hadn’t received any info about the promotion, I called Good Chop and spoke to a young man. He assured me that I would get something AFTER my third delivery. So I ordered 2 more deliveries, while one was totally wrong, which they fixed. I called and again asked a young lady about the promotion, and she asked for my code that I supplied to receive promotion. I explained that I never got a code and had called before, after being on hold for a while, she came back and said I would get an email shortly. I received nothing. Inquired once again by their chat feature and was sent an email stating I was never part of that promotion. A total scam!! The meat was good the first box and then went down hill in quality. Two friends have had same experience with this company. There are better choices out there.
