Customer Service at Its Best!
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Cosyisland after seeing them on Instagram. Since I had never heard of the company before, I was a little apprehensive about ordering online. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I reached out to customer service, and Ella was absolutely wonderful! She responded to me the very same day, which was incredibly helpful and professional, and made the entire process so easy. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be purchasing another pair in the future because the shoes are extremely comfortable.
