Disappointing experience — USA eSIM did not work in Puerto Rico
I purchased a USA data pack specifically because I was travelling to both Florida and Puerto Rico. Before purchasing, I contacted customer support to confirm that the USA data pack would work in Puerto Rico, and I was told that it would. The eSIM worked without any issues while I was in Florida, but once I arrived in Puerto Rico, it simply did not work. I contacted support, but I was unable to get the service working. The most frustrating part is that I asked about Puerto Rico before purchasing and was assured that it was covered. Had I been given accurate information, I would have purchased a different eSIM or plan. Florida coverage was good, but being unable to use the data in Puerto Rico after receiving confirmation from support is a major disappointment. I would recommend checking the coverage very carefully before purchasing.
