I bought a water bottle from Teyvat Tavern and the shipping and packaging was handled with care. The water bottle arrived, but unfortunately the top lid was missing from the packaging. Thankfully, when I reached out to customer service to explain the problem, they offered to send me a full replacement water bottle with no components missing, free of charge!
