Not Happy & Do Not Recommend
I immediately emailed you about NOT WANTING the CoQ10 + Magnesium added to my order. A video popped up covering my checkout page and would not let me X off from it without choosing one!! The whole process of trying to figure out how to make the video close without choosing one took me over an hour, so I gave up and chose one THINKING I could just contact you immediately to have it corrected. Which I emailed immediately and days later received your unbelievable reply saying that since it was already processed, nothing could be done. I have canceled my subscription for future beetroot. Which by the way I was billed 71.95 for, when it was suppose to be 11.99 each for 3 bottles + 3 bottles free and free shipping! Along with the unwanted CoQ10 + Magnesium charge, Imagine my surprise on my CC statement for a total of 133 dollars!!!! I will be leaving a very detailed review about not being able to cancel or be refunded for the CoQ10 + Magnesium that you basically required me to purchase so that my beetroot could be ordered! I would not recommend Rosabella to anyone since this is basically a bait and switch company that can not be trusted. I wish I could have had a better experience. Seriously considering reporting them to the BBB.
