Horrible experience If I could’ve given this company zero…
If I could’ve given this company zero or negative I certainly would have. I ordered seven items from them based on descriptions in their website, photographs, and their purported quality noted. Please note I have purchased hundreds of items online and have never had any problems like this. The garment(s) we’re supposed to be a combination of continent line. With embroidered texture. When the items arrived, I was absolutely disgusted. They were definitely not cotton or linen, the embroidery was printed on not textured. And the quality of the fabric is absolute garbage. In fact, they’re not real proud of their product because all my items were missing a fabric care label a fabric content label, and a manufacturers label. I wrote to the company and was told they would look into it. I advise that there was nothing to look into. Their website said if I’m not happy with something I can return it within 30 days. In their next email, I was advised that due to the high cost of shipping, they know I would not want to send it back. For my trouble they would send me a 20% discount coupon. Not credit on my account. This is the most blatant misrepresentation I have ever seen. I’ve ordered from Temu AliExpress and have never had this problem with them. By the way, she did remind me that any returns would be at the customers cost. This wasn’t a case of a size issue. This was a case of them misrepresenting their product. UPS has advised it would be a minimum of $300 to return them. I lost almost $200. Do not purchase from them
