Intentional customs VAT fraud, never received shipment

I can confirm and corroborate what so many other reviewers are saying about complications receiving international shipments. In my case I ordered a grinder to Vietnam but they falsely declared it as a "warranty motor unit" at a significantly lower value of $54 (I suppose this is what they mean when they advertise "NO Tax to Europe,UK,US,Asia,Australia,NZ,Canada,Middle East (Except Turkey" on the large blue banner at the top of df64coffee[dot]com) This is blatant tax fraud and won't work because Vietnam Customs requires accurate documentation in the form of an order invoice, product link, and proof of payment, in order to calculate VAT and release the shipment. As a result my shipment is sitting in limbo with FedEx indefinitely. Despite a long email correspondence spanning many weeks in which they gaslighted me, insisting the documentation was correct when they knew it was not, their support agent Anna never provided correct documentation, so I cannot receive the shipment.
