Amazing customer service!
I dealt with Lola at cosy island shoes and I have to say her customer service was exemplary! I unfortunately wasn't satisfied with my purchase. She not only offered another pair of shoes completely free of charge but I also didn't have to return the original pair. Due to me needing a wide fit shoe there were no other options for me to choose from so a full refund was issued instead. No questions asked. This was all completed very fast and I received the refund within an hour. Very satisfied with the customer service. Gutted the shoes rubbed because they're beautiful 😭 Vicki
