Damaged Kitchen Sink and no refund.
I received a defective kitchen sink and raised a return request with supporting images. Even after uploading clear photos twice, customer support repeatedly responded that the images were unclear and denied the return. The issue was never properly addressed, making for a highly frustrating experience. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last order with them.
