There’s a reason I came back to the Lizzie Borden House, and after my second stay, I can say without hesitation that it was worth it. Spending another night in this house is an experience that’s hard to put into words. Even knowing the history and what to expect, being there after dark creates an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. The quiet, the old house, the stories, and the feeling that you’re surrounded by so much history all come together in a way that you simply have to experience for yourself. What stood out to me this time was how much more I noticed. With a second stay, I found myself taking in the little details, appreciating the character of the house, and feeling even more connected to the history behind it. And, of course, there’s always that question in the back of your mind: What was that? The Lizzie Borden House isn't just somewhere you spend the night. It’s an experience. Whether you're fascinated by the history, interested in the paranormal, or just looking for something completely different from a typical hotel stay, this place delivers. I’m so glad I came back,and if my second stay taught me anything, it’s that one visit may not be enough.
