If I could give zero stars, I would. They are the absolute worst. I was locked in to a three year contract that I no longer needed due to an unexpected and life altering move due to a death in the family. They were unwavering in their exorbitant cancellation fee despite the circumstances and forced me to transfer the account to a new address (where I did not need their services). From there, it was a nightmare of getting the account transferred, new equipment “set up” and literal hours of frustrating customer service calls to take care of basic information, miscommunication, and cancellation of the fee. I can’t wait until I can cancel service with this horrible company and be done with them. I would not wish this experience on an enemy - and would recommend to avoid them at all costs and DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. I was warned before I signed up with them and I wish I would have listened.
