Pleased with outcome!!
Somehow I was signed up for 2 subscriptions and didn't realize it until I was charged for the second, just a couple weeks after receiving the subscription I DID sign up for. I contacted the company and within minutes it was taken care of! I had resolved to just pay it and cancel both subscriptions, but Elle took care of the rogue subscription and refunded my money. SUPER PLEASED! THANK YOU!
