False Charge
Originally I was promised a charge of 1506 Yuan which is £164, which was expected despite there unreasonable handling fees. After my payment I got charged almost 20% more with a total coming to £200. I immediately contacted bddbuy and asked for the reason of this mysterious charge and they outright denied the claim and blamed it on my bank for international charges (my bank has no charge). I asked 4 times and got no reply, constantly deflecting the claim. I checked online and found out since they don't support £ payment they convert Chinese yuan into Euros and use their own exchange rates to convert Euros into pounds although I was only informed of 1506 yuan payment unknown of this scandal. I hope bddbuy can reply to this and contact me to provide my appropriate refund and im happy to take this down. Thank you.
