Support was very helpful
Support was very helpful with my account problems and responded quickly and kindly. I really appreciate how easy it is to order and the effort the company puts into making transparency simple for researchers. The products do cost more here than some places, but it’s well worth the premium for me to have assurances that I’m getting the correct product. I’ve just placed a second order, and I was very pleased with the shipping time and packaging on my last order.
