The experience with JournalSay was a delight, and contact with them was quick (within 24 hours!). I contacted Aaron and asked him if he could ship over my two orders in one package, and he was kind enough to oblige me. And when the products came, everything was a great experience. The unboxing was wholesome because of the little details: the "thank you" sticker holding the heart-shaped bubble wrap together. And once all the products were out of their Autumn-themed box, there was a QR code and an invitation to their Facebook group. It felt like that detail was the cherry on top of a tasty dessert (LOL.. I'm a sucker for small details). The quality of the products were good, too. I especially loved the PET stickers I'd gotten the most. They looked great in my Bible and added a nice touch to it. I received 23 items and each of them were well packaged and cute. The washi tape tower was a life saver (IYKYK) and now my collection of washi tape is being beautifully displayed instead of shoved into a box, hidden in a random closet. I enjoyed my JournalSay experience and look forward to the next purchase (I'm currently on their website now, adding even more cute and vintage-esque journaling products to my cart).
