Unmatched customer service
Unmatched customer service, from all of the custom updates on order and delivery, to the world class communications from all team members handling my return request. I ended up exchanging my bag for a smaller size and wouldn't have considered it if it weren't for the lovely communication and how easy the process was. I am beyond impressed with the quality and care from the team, and look forward to my next order with Songmont!
