This is my second order from LC signs, HORRIBLE
This is my second order from LC signs first time I ordered back in 2025 of September spent over $3000. My order came out perfect this time around my experience with LC sign has been nothing but a horrible experience. I’ve been dealing with a lady named Kelly. Communication is far from normal for every 10 emails I would send I would get one back days later. The phone number that is listed does not work. What’s up app messaging they do not reply. Sometimes it’s just worth paying the extra money to actually talk to somebody about your order. This is my LAST time purchasing from these guys. P.S I manage our state Fair grounds and was planning on using this company to order over a 100 signs from this place. After this experience we will seek other companies that know how to properly communicate.
