IGP cheats people
Ordered 4 rose bunches. Got whatsapp message that order is delivered. Luckily, checked with my staff and it wasn't. Went to their helpline over whatsapp. They provided the number of the delivery guy pushkar shukla. He said he hadn't delivered. Yet the app send me a confirmation on delivery WITHOUT the OTP!! The fun begins now. Their customer service apologised and said they will give a wallet balance, which I refused and wanted a credit to source. The service person changed and started saying we have refused delivery and it will get escalated and wait 24 hours. It's been 24 hours and they haven't replied on chats .. bunch of jokers who scam customers.
