Everything about the company and the product has been/is excellent! Quick shipping, clear and consistent communication, excellent engineering of product to allow for various battery types. And the Vortex is extremely powerful and convenient...so pleased with 1st one that I purchased two more. Use for any mess/cleanup...patio, garage, plants, car, etc.
