purchased 1 battery on Aug.23rd. It's been sitting in New York for 3 days.the Mall had the nerve to email me a Trustpilot survey on aug.31st. I don't have my product yet. their AI is not very helpful and all of the correspondence has been mostly in maybe Mandarin?
