I had an easy time submitting my claim, although I took so much time trying to retrieve documents! A little bit of going back and forth but all my mistake as I could not locate my documents. Fabian Yeo who was managing my case was most patient! I wasn't too confident of the outcome of the claim; everything was explained simply and clearly in their final email.
