Absolutely terrible refund system
Absolutely terrible refund system. I contacted support repeatedly after being unexpectedly charged ₱1,800, and all I got was “contact another person.” I didn’t even use the service—I immediately requested a refund, especially since that was money I needed for my tuition. Your policy says “refund without questions asked,” yet the process is incredibly frustrating. Please show some grace to students and actually listen to your customers.
