I have done money transaction to the car seller by swift transaction from Armenia to China, to the seller Xtransfer bank account. Next day Xtransfer informed to my seller that the money has refunded to me because Armenia is included in the list of the prohibited sanctions countries of Xtransfer. But Armenia has no any reason to be included to the prohibited sanctions countries. And also they refunded my money very late, it lasted about one weak to receive my money back.
