I sent Rakhi with Gift of $10 and sent wrong items. They sent Girl items to boy and delivered one day after of scheduled delivery when there was no one at home. I reach out to customer care after 2 days and they said you passed 48 Hour window, and you will not get refund. So basically, customer is responsible for all mistakes. Highly advise not to use this cheaters.
