The refund happened easily.
This was really helpful when I was juggling between many assignments. From University to professional qualifications, this tool has helped me to write the assignments faster. Need to mention that I was accidentally charged for an annual fee but after a discussion through emails, my subscription was changed to an monthly one and the rest was refunded. It was really helpful!
