Costumer service is one of the best. I bought a pair of heels that were a bit big for me, and they sent me another pair with the right size without penalty - and I didn't have to return the original pair! I honestly wasn't able to wear the other heels I bought here for long periods of time (as someone who has wide feet), but that's probably because I need to break them in. If you buy the heels with the "wide" option, though, they fit perfectly.
