Disappointed — didn’t even last 24 hours
I purchased the VeyesBeauty Eternal Series lashes in VB-Care-No10 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I followed the application instructions and used the included sealer, but the lashes didn’t even last 24 hours. I applied them in the morning, and that evening I lost two clusters after simply washing my face with lukewarm water while avoiding my eye area. The next morning, I washed my face again the same way and most of the remaining lashes came off. I did not shower, swim, expose them to excessive heat, or wash my eyes. I understand that wear time can vary from person to person, but I expected them to withstand normal face washing and last longer than a single day, especially after following the application instructions and using the provided sealer. I contacted customer service to request a refund and was disappointed to learn that their policy does not allow one. Unfortunately, based on both the longevity of the lashes and my experience with the return policy, I wouldn't purchase these again. EDITED TO ADD: Unfortunately, my experience with customer service only made this worse. Their initial solution was to send replacement glue, and when I expressed that this was disappointing, I was told the issue was “not necessarily caused by a product quality issue.” Considering I followed their application and aftercare instructions, I found it frustrating that they seemed to shift responsibility back onto me rather than stand behind their product. They ultimately offered a $15 partial refund, which I accepted, but the way this was handled solidified my one-star review.
