They don’t honor their listed cancellation policy
I was initially impressed with their prompt email requesting double checking measurements because it caused us to change the size we ordered. However, when my daughter found a different dress and I emailed the BEFORE they had created a shipping label (per their company policy) they promptly created a label and then emailed me 12 minutes later saying I couldn’t cancel because a shipping label had already been created. Just be aware that they don’t stand behind their cancellation policy on their website.
