My wife was very stressed about the condition of her dressing and was unable to get answers. The instructions sent home with her were rather ambiguous and the internet did not seem to have the answers either. We considered going to the local emergency ward at tge hospital . We called hoping to avoid doing that. The initial chat interview was clear concise and informative. The call from Dr. Li was excellent and immediately calmed my wife. On Dr. Li's direction and advice we changed the dressing and my wife felt instant relief. Subsequently I would have no hesitation in recommending this option to going to the hospital for non life threatening medical consultation. Thank you and Dr Li for all your help.
