I received a dress that did not fit properly or look like it did in the advertisement
I received a dress that did not look the same as the advertisement and did not fit properly. I started the process to request return instructions and i have just been going back and forth with them over email to reiterate that i need to return this dress and they WILL NOT provide me with return address and instructions. I am livid at their customer support and I will never buy another dress from them again. I'm still waiting for instructions so I can return within the 15 day window. They gave me the same BS they give others that it will cost 25-50% of the cost of the dress to return it yet they will NOT send me instructions. If I miss the 15 day window I will not be able to return it at all. I've never been more frustrated. I hope anyone considering buying from this company does their research up front and thinks again. Their customer service is horrendous.
