Terrible service
Terrible service. I paid for the item on August 16, 2026, and received an order confirmation on August 17, 2026. As of September 3, 2026, I still haven't received the item. The tracking number shows that the package has been in my city since August 26, 2026, with no further updates since then. I sent four inquiries to the email addresses listed on Sunlu's official website but received no response whatsoever. I have neither the money, nor the product, nor any reply from this seller. Your service is appalling.
