Avoid at all costs
The absolute lack of customer service from this company is nothing short of a disgrace. My website has now been completely down for weeks, disrupting my business, and it takes IM Creator an entire week just to send a single response to an urgent ticket. This isn't a new issue. I originally requested my domain transfer all the way back in November because I was already having constant trouble with them back then. If they had done their jobs and released my domain months ago like they were supposed to, I wouldn’t be trapped in this mess now. Instead, I am dealing with a company whose customer service has completely collapsed. When they finally do reply after a week of silence, it is with insulting, copy-and-pasted scripts that push the blame onto GoDaddy rather than fixing their own technical failures. To be told to just "read the previous email" when my business is offline is lazy, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. They are actively harming independent businesses with their sluggishness, incompetence, and total disregard for paying customers. Avoid them at all costs.
