Title: Great bike and helpful customer service Review: I’m very happy with my Onesport e-bike. The bike is comfortable, easy to use, and has been very useful for my daily travel. The quality is good and delivery was fast. I had an issue with the battery key/lock, but the customer service team communicated well, sent the replacement part, and reimbursed my repair cost. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the bike and the after-sales service. I would recommend Onesport.
