My experience buying on Made-in-China…
My experience buying on Made-in-China has been truly poor. The main issue lies in the lack of professionalism among suppliers, which is already a huge risk for any buyer. However, the worst part is not just the initial breach of agreement, but how the platform responds when you try to resolve the issue. The dispute resolution system is extremely slow, causing your money to remain tied up for weeks or months. This creates a direct financial detriment to you as a user, as you watch your investment get frozen and unusable while the process stalls. What is most frustrating and disappointing is the platform's role as a supposed mediator. Far from resolving things fairly, their intervention is limited to acting as a simple mailbox: they just let the involved parties exchange messages through their dispute email system, completely ignoring the solid evidence provided regarding the seller's breach of contract. In short, it is an exhausting process where the platform fails to back the buyer or validate the evidence, leaving your money trapped and unprotected against unprofessional suppliers. I do not recommend it.
