I purchased a toilet from Simple…this is a company that stands behind their products.
I purchased a toilet from Simple Project that made it to me quickly and I undamaged. When I installed it the water wouldn’t stay in the bowl and my room started smelling like the sewer. I went to my local hardware store, not wanting to deal with the smell and purchased a new toilet. Problem solved. Expecting a run around with Simple Project I found them to be very pleasant. They were fast, thorough,and went out of their way to assure me that they would make this right. Look, life happens and in the manufacturing of toilets some issues occur. I get it. Simple Projects and their rep Linda went above and beyond to make me whole in this and I would refer them to anyone. Thanks again for all your help Simple Projects.

IFaulty Toilet recently ordered a toilet from your…
I recently ordered a toilet from your company. ( Order # SP2638 ). I read reviews on this item and thought it was the best choice for me. I recently remodeled my bathroom and so when the new toilet arrived I removed the old toilet that was working well, and installed the Elemaz 21" toilet . It was clear that there was an issue within a very short period of time. The water was not staying in the bowl, and when it got low enough than the smell of raw sewage filled my room. I immediately called a plumber ( West Coast PLumbing ) and they ran a camera down the vent line and found no obstruction. Vents clear - lines are clear, seems like it has to be the toilet. I purchased a new toilet from Home Depot ( not the height or color I wanted ) and sure enough all my toilet problems disappeared. I would assume that you would like your toilet back to figure out where the problem is. I have the toilet in the original box and look forward to hearing from you. Yours Truly Leon Hutchens
