Ronnie Bell was courteous
Ronnie Bell was courteous, professional, and patient with my questions. He provided everything I asked for. The only concern was I paid for a refundable fare, and my ticket confirmation does not state it is refundable. Ronnie assured me it is refundable because I paid for that. I hope not to have to ask for a refund; but if I do, we shall see whether I actually receive a refund. Otherwise, Ronnie was great!
